If the quality of the product is found to be defective after receiving the product, please email the relevant order number and the relevant product photo to info@regentlane.com.hk on the day of receipt of the product. Goods must be returned with the original packaging. No refunds or replacements are allowed after 7 days. 

• An order can only be returned once.
• Items with non-quality problems will not be returned or replaced
